This next phase is about building the capacity to:
With the right investment, Sol Relief can put key pieces in place to strengthen its future, including:
Full-Time Leadership
Our strategic plan prioritizes formalizing leadership by transitioning our Co-Founder into a full-time Executive Director role to drive vision, cultivate major donors, and oversee key partnerships.
Core Staffing
We aim to build a small, focused team by adding roles such as an Operations & Recovery Manager to support aviation logistics and rebuild projects.
Stronger Systems
We are committed to implementing “just enough” policies and procedures to operate efficiently, legally, and safely — without adding unnecessary bureaucracy or slowing our response times.
Our Board has outlined this plan with a focus on impact, grants, oversight, and organizational sustainability. Sol Relief is not trying to become bigger for the sake of growth — we are working to become stronger, smarter, and more resilient so that every future response is built on a stronger foundation.
Your support helps make this next chapter possible. By investing in Sol Relief’s growth, you are helping us build the leadership and structure needed to sustain our mission and increase our impact in the years ahead.
